Would like any info on these items pic’s attached

Happy 4th of July everyone.  This is my first post, signed up because I found some “stuff” my Dad left me many years ago. Long story, but I’ll shorten it.  My wife and I were cleaning our storage and I ran across a small box of Schutzen style reloading items my Dad left me.  In these items was some old brass, after doing a little interweb mining I was able to determine this brass could be desired.  I’m going to post some pics of the brass and various other stuff, but I’m interested in more information on this brass.  Feel free to educate me.  Thank you in advance!

I own two Stevens rifles chambered in  .28-30. If you are interested in selling  the brass, list it on this site at a reasonable price and it will sell fast.

I’m not at all sure what to ask for them… I have several in various different condition.  I wish I could figure out how to post more than 1 pic per post lol.  I will look for the rest and post how many I have. Thank you for your input.  I’ll post a side shot of it.

Here’s all the items.  There’s more, I just have to find them in storage. Any information on any of these items would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you

The top item in your picture with the lever and thumb screw appear to be the lower half of a Belding and Mull powder measure with out the powder hopper attached, it is upside down in your picture. Also included is the drop tube , with adjustable thumb screw in tact.

It would help to know if there are any numbers stamped on the bullet mold. It appears to be a nose pour mold, possibly an Ideal perfection mold.

Hi all, I’ve had some health issues keeping me tied up. But, I appear to be in working condition again.  Ok, the mold doesn’t have any markings, sorry.  However, my wife and I were in storage again cleaning things up and I found some casing and bullets.  I will post a pic of them as I found them.  And yes, I plan on selling these casings and bullets, however that will take some time as I have to post some more pics to find out if the casing are relevant to Schutzen style shooting.  I could be mixing up terms, I’m not knowledgeable about these types of Schutzen things.  I’m dependent upon all of your brains to point me in the right direction.  Side note I did find a bunch of post cards my grandpa sent home from France during WWI.  I’ll post a pic if anyone is interested.  I don’t want to break the forum rules.  Thank you all so much, especially for your patience.

One more thing. A post above jogged my memory about a certain rifle he owned.  I was able to determine, from memory and a couple pictures I was able to dig up.  He owned several rifles for his competition shooting. I know one was referred to as “the 44 1/2” and the other I know was a stevens 44, mostly sure anyway. And his favorite, him and my mom drove all the way to Pennsylvania to pick it up.  This was in about 1975, he referred to it as the Pope Stevens.  He was super proud of it.  I have no idea what caliber these rifles were.

Sounds like you may be somewhat lost in what you have.  Just so you know, rifle brass is not tied to any type of firearm.  You are correct that, at least some of your brass, is tough to find.  Several folks here would be interested in it, including myself.

If you still have the Pope-Stevens rifle it is a very collectable rifle.  Of course condition always dictates value.

A 44 1/2 and 44 are both Stevens rifle models.  The 44 1/2 being the stronger of the two actions.

Thank you Bob for your clarification.  About the rifles, I unfortunately didn’t receive any of the rifles.  Just a little bit of my dad’s reloading things.  I would like to pm you if you’re ok with that?  Questions would pertain to items I find, this would allow for more in-depth questions.

I think that it would be okay to post the post card pictures in the
A few old photos thread.
