I have 29 Berdan unprimed used brass cases for sale.
They are made be KYNOCH. They look to be reloadable.
$20 plus $13 shipping with tracking

What it you could get a current gas check maker like Sage to run some copper cups the right diameter (.254 for the large Nitro brass - that might be awful close to 25 caliber gas checks) and then get some of the stuff made to reload rim fire brass and see if that works.
