If the setting is X at 100 yards how many up to 200 yards and how many down to 50 yards?
Thanks

With standard velocity ammo, 50 yd setting is normally ~7MOA lower than 100 yd; 200 yd setting is ~20 MOA higher than 100 yd.  At least, that will get you in the ballpark.  Not knowing your sight, you'll need to determine what each click is worth and do the math.

Don't know the up from 100 yards but if you have a range stand at 25 yards 7 inches high will usually put you on the large ASSRA 0ffhand target at 200 yards.
At least this happens for me with the 4 or 5 rifles I have used to shoot at 200 yards

Set two targets one atop the other about 18" bulls above each other at 100yards this will work out to 200 yards aim at bottom one
