	Did Remington offer a twist choice in the .45 cal rifles. Was the option listed in the old catalogs? Since many Hepburns had options available that suited long range shooting versus a hunting rifle, I wonder if say a 1-18" was available for the heavy bullets? kw

	The Hepburn 45-70 DS trigger I just acquired seems to be 1-20" after several attempts with tight patches and swivel rod handle to get a accurate "guess". I wish/hope its 1-18". Going to pick up a Soule base at the Quigley and see how it shoots next. kw

	If you don't already have it get a copy of Tom Rowe's book on all things Hepburn. It is a bit pricey or so I thought till I got mine and when you see the wealth of information it is worth every penny. JMH
