I bought a rifle from them after the ownership change, but while Gail was still there for a bit.  It required some fiddling to get it right, but then so did the one I bought previously a few years back.  I'd say the same.  Mine have required minor tinkering, which isn't great for a brand new rifle, but once sorted out, have been excellent.

I'm happy with mine as they are very accurate, and the cpa triggers are fantastic.

We received a new 40-65 this spring. It’s my wife’s rifle. We’re happy with it in every way. She’s shooting very well with it and will use it at Quigley this year. 
This is my first experience with CPA. I wouldn’t hesitate buying another.

Though I don't have one I have several friends that do and they are all very satisfied with the quality. One of them just and a barrel recontoured by the current folks and was commenting as to how it was exactly what he wanted.
