LEVERS for what?

Does anyone know what these Levers will fit?
They are made of steel and have a very dark blue. They look to be new.

Look like they are for a Falling Block Works Model J. I know those style of levers were offered for them.
  
I'm not a complete idiot, some of my parts are missing.

Too bad they don’t fit a Winchester 85.  That top one would look good on one.

They could always be cut and spliced onto any standard S lever to work with any old single shot.
