Nice folks and bullet molds

I recently posted I was going to order a Brooks bullet mold. Called today and talked with Mr Brooks and after answering a few questions he recommended a "new Postel" style of 350 grains. A nicer person to talk with would be hard to find. He was very knowledgeable about the single shot game and even more what it takes for good accuracy. Wasn't pushy on the phone or rushed my decision in any way. Very confident in his product. He said send me a check and you can expect in about three weeks. It will be my first Brooks mold but probably won't be the last...

He and his wife are very nice people.   I'm sure you'll like the mold.  I have a few of his and they are good.

Ballards may be weaker,
but they sure are neater!

I only have one and it's a .22 caliber mold he built. That mold drops bullets cleanly and it's one of my favorite molds.
