WTB SHARPS CARBINE REAR SIGHT

Still seeking a decent sharps carbine rear sight for my 50/70 conversion. I have the protective ears for the dovetail , but obviously not the leaf and its base.

S and S in Glendale  New York has a reproduction Sharps carbine sight in the catalog. SH 208 is the catalog number

Every time I try them - it's sold. I dont think they update much.

No go there. How about a simi buckhorn sight from Shiloh and file the ears down to carbine profile 65.00?

No need to file as I believe Shiloh still offers the Lawrence ladder sight on their 1863 and 1864 Military Carbines.

Try Lodgewood Mfg.   They still have a lot of original Sharps parts.
