I have a Swiss martini chambered for 9.3x53 rimless. I have often wondered why rimless, probably ammo availability. The rimmed version makes more sense.

Yes, I make 9.3x53 from 7.5x55. Took it to the range Tuesday, shooting 225gr cast 20 to 1, had a ball. My ugly duckling.

Yes! Sorry I missed these replies.  These Swiss Martinis are most commonly chambered in 7.5x55 (GP11) and before that in 7.5x53.5 (GP90).

That is interesting.  Maybe there were doing as you are and using all of their readily available 7.5x55 brass.  The Swiss definitely like to do their own thing.

Finnish or Russian version, that is .363 or .366
