I actually have this bullet mould in my collection... was thinking it might work well in the .35-40.

I have a reamer
A model S FBW , GM 1-12 tw 
have not finished it yet
I also have a rifle 357 Max, use the RCBS 200gr or a SAECO 400gr with the gas check machined off, casts 220gr my alloy

It depends on which 35-30 you have. The percussion and 1873 Maynards used a bullet that was as large as .373" diameter from original molds. The bores generally ran .368-.369" groove diameter. The later 1882 35-30 had groove diameters in the .360-.362" range. The accurate mold #37-153M is a good copy of the #1 bullet. The 37-175M is a good copy of the #2 bullet and the 37-180M is a heavier bullet similar to the #1 bullet.

Oops, my bad I had listed the Maynard bullets all starting with a 36 and it should have been a 37. I have corrected it.

Thanks for the post Deadeye. In looking at the Accurate catalog, those all are found in the 37-xxxM section (noted as 73 Maynard). There is a 36-152M. The 36-175M is a 38/357 bullet.
