Just cut  brass down and use a 223 small base die.On the second pass I put a plug in the shell holder then  bottomed out the brass into  die  and tapped it out with a 1/4" rod...your done. Anneal first!.....I'll check with buddy i sold my RKS reamer  to, he may sell it?

The original 32 RKS chamber, was made by just a 223 reamer. The 23° shoulder was the throat of the 32 cal barrel.

That info comes directly from Ron (Grampa) Smith.

So Frank. Do you then use the 223 Small Base die to size down the case?   I used the PTG print ans thats what i used, the regular 223 die would size it down enough. Pete

Your reamer is a later version of the RKS. I don't know who designed it. Maybe Dave would know something about that but, if you use a std 223 reamer, you shouldn't need small based dies to form it.

BTW, Bob, the "e" is for my last name, Elliott. I'm not much of a kid anymore at 81.
