B.A. Dawson gunsmithing

Has anyone heard of a B.A. Dawson? Recently purchased a 32-40 Ballard from Rock island auctions. It has a new barrel, half octagon, and new furniture. The rifle is stamped under the fore arm and under the butt plate. Seems to be very decent work. Thanks!

Bruce Dawson. I believe he lived in Missouri (West Plains?)
He passed on a couple yrs ago.
