Just got this one scanned and thought I would post
Haven't tried to look up the College Point Rifle Club yet but will get out "The Rifle" and check it once I have time

If the close of the American un-civil was was 1866 that would be 44 years before this photo so very likely some of these men saw service in the war of northern aggression.

This was the cover photo used on the
Single Shot Rifle Journal
(2023 No.5 SepOct). I think there was also a little information about the photo, maybe the group, I don't remember.

Must have had greater dress code enforcements back then.

SSRJ September/October 2023 It appears to me that it's not the same photo, although the two must have been taken about the same time.
