Title says it all. (Anybody using a generic 7/16" punch to make and use .40 felt wads?) Thanks.

For what its worth, my dad was looking a while ago with no luck. Ended up just going through Walter's Wads. Something like $20/1000 for regular wads and $4/1000 for newsprint. Figured that he would have to shoot 4000 rounds to pay for the punch, and saves time

I considered that, but it kinda runs against my grain to use "store bought" when it's within my power to make it myself! Smiley May come to that though. Sad

Well here is your chance to get a lathe and make you own press mounted wad punch........and in the correct diameter!
