Yes Mr. Bullshop, If was to order some of your .50 caliber bullets for my .50-2.5 sharps I would ask for a .496" diameter. Cheesy
Yes those transitions are not the normal for now days chambers, but they work very well. Cheesy

I have an odd duck of a .40 barrel. It's on a Ballard #4 Perfection, 4 weight +, not marked so don't know origins but it's old and with a minty bore. Groove diameter is .415", bore diameter .406" (confirmed via slugging and chamber cast). 

Waiting on a custom mold from Accurate, every mold I own or have access to is much too small for this weirdo.
