If you're talking about the rear screw that holds the sight on the gun, try MVA.

MVA will definitely sell you a rear tang screw, but they have a couple of different lengths so measure before you order.

MVA also has different head diameters depending on whether it's for a sight, or just the tang screw with larger head.
