Anyone have experience with Stevens single shot pistols? Especially model 35s? What are they really worth - the auction sites are all over the place. Local gun shop has one.

I have several Stevens tip up pistols. The model 35 is one of the more common Stevens pistols, condition is everything as with most guns so it is hard to tell you what the pistol is worth that you're looking at without seeing it myself.

I had one sold it and wish I still had it.  Personally I would pay for condition and would not buy poor condition finish or mechanicals

I balked at paying over $400 for the ones i saw on auction but finally scored one for under $250.  Not a great bore and doesn't like low velocity target ammo, but is fairly accurate with standard ammo.  Fun to shoot!
