I have only used it for breech seating in 25-38 caliber ctgs. Mostly in 32-40 which is close to your chambering. In 32-40 I usually start at about 12.5gr and have worked up to 14 or so. It seems to have a limit on how much you can use. Too much and velocity does not increase. I did an accidentally ‘experiment’ when I double charged a case. It showed no really bad effects compared to my other ‘experiment’ when I double charged a 4227 load that resulted in a split case and a loose lever pin. I keep meaning to try it in fixed ammo but i rarely shoot fixed. I do have a couple of new high walls in 25-35 and 256 Win that I hope to try it in with CG bullets. I alternate between 300MP and 4100 in my match rifles.

I use Remington standard primers. I read that they are slightly hotter than other standard paints ones. I did extensive testing and they gave the best standard deviation.

I switched to it in 32-40. With a 180gr bullet, it likes 14gr. I had to switch to mag primers though.  The Remington 9 1/2's wouldn't get consistent ignition for me
