Need to figure out the  chamber diameter at the neck. If you want to use a .257” bullet and the loaded round is .280”, the chamber needs to be .282” minimum. So if you can’t chamber something .281-.283”. It’s probably time to turn the necks.

I tried chambering a cartridge loaded with a .259" bullet and it was jamming badly.  Extraction was difficult and the case neck showed the signs of being squeezed.
With a .257" bullet there is no such condition.  Loaded rounds chamber and extract easily.
I started using some gas checked bullets today and with those I didnt even have to bell the necks to get bullets started.
   It just cant get any better than that to never have to do any kind of sizing, just de-prime, re-prime ,drop powder, seat bullet.
