Email notices of new messages not working?

I have enabled email notices for new PMs. They stopped working sometime after 1/28. I checked all my Yahoo mailbox folders and nothing. Anyone else seeing this?  I will switch the setting to my Comcast mail to see if it changes.

Email should be fixed.
You will get the messages that were stuck in the queue, but if they were time sensitive (like password reset emails) it would be best to trigger a new one.
