I got an email from NOE announcing that they are back in production. Here's part of the email:

Production has resumed, and our machines are operational. Please inform us which moulds to prioritize by visiting our post "WE ARE BACK IN PRODUCTION" on our forum. Additionally, keep an eye out for 'Spotlighted Moulds In Stock' emails.
We appreciate your continued support.
