Hell, the new CA law requires all firearms parts and tools to go through so many hoops, companies aren't shipping to private parties, it has to go through an FFL. So if you want a lever, extractor,  stock, gunsmithing screwdriver set, etc, it requires an face to face transaction.  If you have something shipped to an FFL, they charge for it. One down the road from me is now charging $25 or 25%, whichever is greater!

In their defense,  they are basically becoming an Amazon warehouse with all the shipments coming in, so they can't staff their normal line of business, so they have their skilled labor having to open all the packages and contact the recipient

I used to think railroads, steel mills, oil fields and coal mines were big business and people worked in those industries. Now government is big business and, well, some of the employees work 😞. Sorrowfully, I am in Virginia as the new administration cranks out legislation to make us California East.

Printed magazines and paper targets will probably be next.
After all they are “related”.

Hoping won’t make it.

Outside opinion won’t help much either, but the folks who live or do business in Colorado, can’t sit back and hope. And every other state needs to pay attention.

Colorado has changed dramatically over the last 10 years from a gun friendly state to a very liberal antigun state. I feel bad for any of us who've lived long enough to see our home states turn into this. Colorado and California aren't the only ones!

I am in Minnesota and they are trying real hard to destroy any and all ethical and moral standards. They are trying to pass laws against any and all firearms and yet they just halted the "Shotgun only" deer zones and are leaving restrictions up to the individual counties/cities. Can you imaging how some dimwit will use a 300 WinMag in an urban area cuz they can?

The intent may be to encourage the dimwit, hoping for some sort of disaster.  They can move from a disaster or two to outlawing hunting or possession.  Incremental steps.

There are two Colorado's the heavily populated politically correct Eastern slope and the wide open gun and hunter friendly Western Slope. As always the big population centers control politics, harbor most of the crime and get all the money.
