The finger lever on my Stevens 44 project was hopelessly worn and ruined by a previous repair attempt. I decided that a good way to use up some cold winter days was to make one. I'm at the point of  being 99% functional but I still need to shape and finish the operating handle end and looking for some ideas for that. It's not a fancy target rifle but I'd like to do something different beside the original.  Thanks to anyone will to show pics.
