I discovered it might have been my browser; duck-duck-go not allowing it to come up correctly. I switched to another browser and it came up. Then once I did it I went back to my old browser again.

Great to see the support for this fine, helpful and interesting site. I’m going to try the “last resort.”  A check from my checkbook into an envelope correctly addressed and a stamp. I think I can do this.
