Lyman Super Targetspot repair

I recently received a Lyman Super Targetspot 25x scope that needs some repair. Needs cross hair and range adjusting sleeve is frozen stuck. And a few very small spots of exterior rust. I've searched and find the names of Bob Seipp and Vintage Gun Scopes doing this work. Recommendations? Thanks, Joe

Go with Bob Seipp. I am legally blind and he has put in thick crosshairs in all my scopes. He's a nice guy and ,to me, quick turn-a-round.  His number is 973-714-7958. He resides in Pa. Tell him Dale sent you.

I had Bob go through a JW Fecker and Lyman Targetspot, reasonable turn around and very reasonable cost.  I would not hesitate to use him again.
