For sale is a chassepot rifle without a stock. Every bit and bob minus the wooden portion is here and functional. The barrel is in good shape and has sharp rifling. Its unique as its a pre franco Prussian war Mutzig manufacture. Barrel bands, screws, clearing rod etc is all there. Asking $375

Also avaliable is a complete and fine French Gras rifle stock with buttplate.
