ASSRA Competition Rules
Lakeland Rifle and Pistol Club

Sign in is over at 8:30 AM. Equipment set up ends at 9:00 AM. Match starts as
soon as possible.

Competition matches run from October through March on the
fourth Saturday each month. Schedules will be sent to all by October.

Class: 
22 Caliber: Open sight or Scope [no power limit]

23 Caliber Centerfire and higher: Open sight or Scope [no power limit]
Distance, 100yards.

Print your name, target # and bench # on top right of each target.
Scoring, 4 targets, one for sighter, three for record. May leave sighter in place.
Target, ASSRA 100-yard, 25 ring.
10 shots per target. For a possible score of 250 per target.

Rifles may be falling block, rolling block or tipping block, single shot only. Calibers
from .22 rimfire and any centerfire allowed. No magazines, bolt actions or lever
actions. (I guess I have to say it, no rail guns.) Barrel tuners or other vibration
limiting devices are permissible.

Lead bullets only. No gas checks. Any style rests, including bipods and cross sticks
and wind flags allowed.

Time limit is 15 minutes for sight in. 20 minutes for record target. If everyone
finishes early, we will move to the next target. Shooting fees are $20.00 per shoot
subject to change.

These are competition matches. Please talk behind the line of cars to allow
shooters to concentrate, BS, enjoy our rifles, friends, And the LRPC facilities. Have
fun!
Must participate in at least 5 shoots to qualify for trophies. The lowest of the six
shoots will be dropped.
