	I just bought a pot load of bagged loose ammo, mostly modern, but with some interesting stuff here and there among which is a bag of 140 rounds of 22 Maynard Extra Long Centerfire. Some one probably dumped the ammo and sold the boxes. Any interest?

	Fifty-some years ago at an OGCA show Jim Grant and I got to talking. Among the things covered was Jim's declaration that he had never seen a .22 Extra Long CF box with a Maynard imprint. Later in the show I found one, full and sealed, and I immediately went and reported its location to Jim. At the time, I'd guess he was in his 70s; yet he tore off down the show's isles like a kid. And, yes, he bought the box. One of my few good deeds! Bill Lawrence
