This is one of Jim McLemore's reproductions of Pope's "Universal" moulds.  Mr. McLemore is the owner and chief mechanic of the Sleepy Hills Barrels gun shop in Hebron, Indiana.  The bad news is that Mr. McLemore is currently not taking on work; indeed, I'd guess that he's likely permanently retired.  Nonetheless, his website still lists contact information and if nothing else he might be willing to tell you about your mould.

Another possible source about "Pope" Universal molds is Jason Brewer. He has posted on this forum so can be contacted by PM. Below is a photo is his version of a Universal mold. I have two sets of blocks he made for my McLemore handles and I can attest to the high quality of his work. The patterns he used for the handle casting are from the original Pope patterns.

There are indeed two Americas. Simply put, it is not the haves and have nots. The two Americans are in reality divided into those who do and those who don't.
