Shiloh Sharps action with a C Sharps Arms barrel. Bore is fantastic, some handling marks on fore end.  I can supply more photos if needed.  $2300+actual shipping to your FFL.

They did up until 1983(?). Shiloh made them, C. sharps sold them. Both moved to Big Timber and shortly went their separate ways. If an early gun then yes.

I guess my coffee hadn't kicked in, and I was rushing to get it posted before I went out the door.  I fixed the title now.  It is a Shiloh action but it has a C Sharps Arms barrel.  I can't say for sure if it was an early gun as TN Longhunter says or if it was rebarreled.
