Sharps receiver

I picked up a new Dixie Gun Works catalog at the Tulsa show and finally had a chance to look through it yesterday. 
They have a Sharps receiver listed on page 135, that says actions are complete, extractor included, but will require final polishing and finishing. 
Receiver is threaded 29mm x 2.5 square thread.
The price- $625.00.
Has anyone taken a chance and bought one of these?

Pretty sure those actions were made in Italy, but I cannot recall specifically who made them.

Besides Pedersoli, there have been a few other manufacturers over there. No idea as to the quality.
