Breech seating to fixed ?

I shoot breech seating.  but have 1 bullet that is tough to seat, so how much powder to drop for fixed ammo to retain close to same speed.  CPA rifle  32-40,  Mos  206.. Rem 2 1/2 prime 14gr 4227.

I doubt that you really need to reduce the charge- my rifle eats the same charge as yours either way. But to be safe why not drop about a half grain and see?
