Helping a friend dispose of her husband's collection and looking for info on this maker.

I'd also like to know how to spell the maker's name (which is upside down on the barrel).

Weilheim is a city.

I've never really trusted Smokey the Bear.  Everytime I see him I wonder what happened to the Boy Scout that was orginally wearing that hat.
