Is there some type of after market bracket/mount that will allow mounting it to my tri pod and allow use of the chrono and Kowa scope together on it?  I have the Manfroto scope bracket now.
thanks

Since they are both standard camera thread (not sure on the Manfroto) but a camera supply might be a good place to look. Or possibly Europtics or similar. You might also check Garmin, or possibly build one, should be easy to do.

I was considering building a bracket, like most projects I find myself thrust into. Thought maybe there might be one available off the shelf.  Just cleaned the shop so guessing now is a good time.

Don't the chronographs  have to be fairly close to the muzzle? I wouldn't think you would get good readings,  at least where I keep my spotting scope

Garmin says the chrono should be 5 to 15 inches behind the muzzle.

Maybe it's just a personal preference,  but shooting a 30" barrel, I like my spotting scope close to the action,  so the chrono would have to be in front of me quite a bit.  The benches I shoot off are also a bit longer,  so the muzzle is just over, or even with, the front the bench

You could get something like this to clamp onto a tripod shaft or leg.
