handy Dandy re- and de-?

This re- and decapper was recently sold on eBay.  It is marked Handy Dandy, Alamogordo, NM.  It appears to utilize the old Lyman J type shell holders.  Does anyone here recognize it?  Better yet, can anyone tell me anything about when it was made, how many were made, etc?

I did buy one and subsequently bought an adaptor to allow the changing of standard hell holders. In my opinion, it should be called the Not So Handy Dandy. Recapping is fine but decapping is a two handed operation. I don’t really know the history.  I much prefer the Weber style that I got from Schuetzenmeister’s estate. Unlike the Unhandy, you squeeze for both operations.
