Help Needed Redfield 3200 Repair

I have a Redfield 3200 that has a frozen turret and is in need of repair. I understand that Ironsight is closing and not accepting new work. I contacted Cheryl at Ackerman’s who said that they do not work on older Redfield scopes. Who, if anyone, repairs older Redfield scopes? Thanks, Tom

Try Bob Seipp in Pa. 973-714-7958. He works on Lymans, Unertl's and such. A quick call and you would know. Good luck. Dale.

I contacted Bob and unfortunately he does not have parts to work on Redfield. Thanks for the suggestion. Hopefully someone will fill the void
left by Insights leaving the market.

Go to the iron sight website and he has another contact posted that may be able to help you. I don't know if he bought Mike out or not but may have the tools for working on the 32 & 6400's. They are very complex scopes.

Please report back, if you find someone. I have one 3200 and I like it, it works fine but, would like to know who could fix it if anything ever happens.

If prompt response to email questions on a Sunday, means anything, my sense is that they will do a good job.  The company’s name is Heritage Optics. The charge to repair a stuck turret, internal cleaning, and complete internal overall was $150 plus $25 return shipping. I will let you know about the quality of their work when the scope is returned. Tom

Thanks for the update and info.  That stinks Ironsight is closing - I just had them overhaul a Unertl earlier this year!
