I recently brought a Soper Sporting rifle in 450 no1 Express

It came to me in parts but I was told it was complete except for the first 6" of barrel rib and the Express sights 

Well all the parts were there as promised and after I had finished fitting to size a replacement main spring the rifle is Mechanically perfect. 
Bore and chamber are 9.5/10
Metal on action and stock metal parts are profusely engraved..
Wood is good but needs a deep clean and re-oil

So I will look long and hard for an express sight that's as close as possible to the original

I had one, just about like yours, profusely engraved (even the tips of the screws were engraved) but, the wood was nice and the bore completely washed out. 

It was a very light rifle, only about 7 lb and with that 450 #1 Express cartridge I decided to sell it, rather than reline the barrel and endure the recoil.

Woodwork needs a deep clean and oil
But it has some very nice details in the checkering and checkered wood butt and toe and heel plates

And another 
The Soper stock is particularly prone to gun oil discoloration because its one piece and there's a lot of moving parts in there 
It will clean up a treat
