32-40 load for heavier bullet

I am currently shooting 13.5 gr of 5744 with a 160 gr bullet. I want to try a 200 gr. Any suggestions on what that load should be.
I know, look at a manual, don’t howl until a full moon etc. 😂😂😂😂

You didn’t say what rifle you have but, for stronger  rifles  14.5 to 14.8 of  4227 is a very good load and as high as 15.0 of 296/H110. Start  at 14.0 and work up.

like the above replies say, 4227 at about 14.0 gr.
I have three bullets between 190-196 grains and that load of powder shoot very nicely with all of 'em. That is both breech seated and some fixed, too.
