Just what the subject says. I can get the Lee Shaver standard sight for $370, so it would need to be sufficiently lower-priced.

If you haven't made a purchase yet check out my ad posted a couple days ago for a C Sharps Soule sight, it's by far a better sight than a Shaver. The quality matches the MVA products.
