Help Identifying a 25 Caliber case

I have an unknown (to me) .25 caliber case I am trying to identify. In the photo there is a new 25-20 SS Jamison case on the left and the case in question on the right for comparison. It is converted from .357 Maximum but I suspect .357 mag and maybe others would work too. ~ dimensions are OAL 1.595, Rim Dia .434, Base Dia .377, ID at the mouth .256 and OD at the mouth .283. Any information appreciated (and I have checked all the books I have without luck)

Maybe a 25 RKS?  I think Dave Patterson has mentioned this caliber.

That looks very much like a .22 Remington Jet necked up to .25 caliber.
