The granddaddy of progressive presses.It was my go to for  my 38 Special Cadet 30 years ago.
Working order and parts still available on ebay.

$375 TYD Lower 48 ups ground.

Still have three and no better repeatably accurate progressive press especially for dedicated target loads. Mike Dillon wouldn't have been able to offer his ubiquitous 'innovative' presses without Star presses to study and launch from. Your price is quite comfortable for so much precision steel parts, design and lack of shiny die cast components.
