Hi can any one tell what size screws to use to install my peep sight on my Stevens 414 armoury, I  know they are very small I’ve taken the grub screws out but can’t seem to get an exact match. I’ve tried an M3 screw but it’s loose in the thread.

most of Stevens sight mounting screws are 5X40
