Free - Appro. 2400 Gun Magazines (Read 434 times)

	Guns & Ammo, Shooting Times, Gun World, Rifle, Handloader, Shooter, etc. Some go back to the 60's. I post these every year hoping someone will get them. I just want them to go to someone who will appreciate them. Because when I go, my kids will probably trash them. I even tryed my Gun club but they didn't want 'em. Pick-up only. I live in Millville, N.J. About an hour from Phila. Pa. I did research how much it would cost to ship these. It would take 48 medium flat rate boxes. So at 21.00 per box, it would come to $1008.00. So it goes without saying that shipping is out of the question. Dale.

	When my father died, he had Rifleman Magazines going back into the early thirty's. I finally called some local college book sale people and they picked them all up, there was a whole pickup truck full. Later I asked about the magazines and they told me that they had sold almost all of them.

	Won't someone take Dale's magazines and ask for more as I am in the same boat and would love to see these going to a gun nut.

	If there are any gunsmithing schools in your neck of the woods, when a best friend passed on, I contacted his alma mater in Trinidad Colorado and they were very happy to take them. Close enough we delivered them.

	Thanks for the reply's guy's. But as N.J. is a Democratic state, ( which really sucks ) I'm sure my local college would not want them. And there are no Gunsmithing schools around here that I know of. So will keep posting these every year or so. Thanks again.

	The Rifle-Handloader Magazines are particularly valuable as they have researched/proven handloading data in them. Even articles on SS rifles and loads that work well. Wish I lived in driving distance!

	Also check shipping via: USPS Media Mail also try Pirate Ship for options. Same carriers but price is almost half as they buy shipping in bulk and pass savings on to you. I use it regularly

	Last time I checked, USPS considered anything that had ads in it as not valid "media" for media mail.

	Well, here's the lowdown. I'm 76 years old and I'm legally blind. I really don't want to mess with the options put forward to me. They have got to be picked up in person. Sorry.
