Depends on the lot, the time period it was made, etc.  Generally, I think IMR is a bit faster.

Those are all good questions that Hodgdon will ask and answer if possible. I have not used them for questions regarding their propellants in quite some time but were always helpful in the past. Direct from the horses mouth always a good place to start. Best of luck in your quest.

I tried using their load data site, but they ended up comparing different charges when picking the only bullet option for 40-65
