That’s grizzlies upgrade to the bald eagle rest. It’s a cable going to the rest windage adjuster. I was never impressed, always liked my original Bald eagle top with out the cable.

SD BB match was shot before Raton which is where Jay got the new Ballard. 
Jay used his Borchardt 38-55. BRC barrel in the SD match.
