	It must have been shipped through China. Lost of flooding there.

	Not surprised. I finally got my RKS barrel from Canada and when it arrived about 4 inches of the barrel was sticking out of one end of the tube mailer it came in. Someone had secured it with one layer of flimsy clear packing tape. I wondered if maybe customs opened the tube? Never gotten anything from out of country before so I don't know how all that works. JMH
