Schoyen Style Re-decapper

So, I purchased this Schoyen style re-decapper from a friend here on the forum. I remembered that my good friend Vall (marlinguy) had a similar re-decapper.

We talked this evening and agreed that both of our tools were made by the same person.

They both have slight differences but have the same small makers stamp in the same location.

The small makers stamp is in cursive and appears to be "Shell", the best I can tell.

If anyone can shed some information on "Shell" it would be much appreciated.

Attached is a picture of the tool.

Ballards may be weaker,
but they sure are neater!

Here's my example:

Marked 45 and it has both 4.5 and .40 decapping rods for .45-70 and .40-65 cases.
Mine also has a primer pocket brush on the bottom of the main body that's removable by unscrewing it.

I also have one marked 45 and the name  I think looking at it with a glass it says   SKULL  or SHULL
Got it long ago in an ASSRA on line auction Rudi Prusok would run as a fund raiser.
We has a discussion about these on here in December of 2022 as part of a re-decapper subject.
