I'm not sure about that Smoke. I think you need a HazMat license to ship powder or primers. I could be wrong. Wouldn't be the first time today.
  
I'm not a complete idiot, some of my parts are missing.

From the links you guys noted, it looks like primed brass would fall under the "limited" rules and just need safe packaging as described. Primers (and powder), however, get into the territory of Hazmat which is a whole different ballgame.
