Hmmmm.  NO markings on the mould.  Casts ok.

Any clue as to who made it?

.360 dia 
162 gr or a LITTLE more (.5gr)

alloy mostly lead, 3% antimony, 8% tin.

I want to say it's a SAECO, Tim. replacement thicker sprue plate. I have a 162 gr. bevel base, but the base looks wrong on that one.
