I have Matthews "The Paper Jacket".

Recent discussion here mentioned a seconded book, described preferred over  Matthews.  I can not find that thread.

Who is the Second Author and what is the name of the book?

Well the third cup of coffee, used the search function here and found reference to Randy Wright book on Paper Patching.  TofW should be sending it out me in the morning.

Randy's book is more geared towards a "complete" loading for black powder cartridges.  the paper patching section is relatively short.  That said I found it very informative and MUCH better organized.
